We are design first. With no ties to any furniture manufacturer, we look to your design vision not our catalog. We are carefully work with you and your client to select the pieces that work best for the spaces you are designing. Similar to your schematic design process, we are starting at the beginning to make sure we understand the feeling of the space.

We don’t work for the manufacturer. You heard me, we are an open-line furniture consulting firm that starts the furniture process already outside of the proverbial box. This truly forces us to shop high and low for the furniture items that speak to the space and to the vision.

We do furniture different. Just as you pay for your design before you pay for the building, we know that we provide more value in how we approach furniture. We are confident that are process is more efficient and delivers a better product in the end, literally. For that reason, our pricing structure is set up a bit different than others. Instead of the cost to select and procure being “baked-in” to the cost of you product, we pull the spec fee out of furniture, so our clients have transparency and clarity in what they are paying for.
